You will be responsible for meticulously analyzing costs, implementing strategies to optimize expenditures, and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and quality. • Generous PTO/Sick timeJob DetailsUtilize manufacturing experience to oversee cost points ranging from 50 to 150 per project.Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to accurately assess costs and streamline processes.Manage high-volume manufacturing operations, ensuring precision in every measurement and movement of the 1000+ parts involved.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cost analysis into project planning and execution.Leverage expertise in Oracle and JD Edwards to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities.Facilitate smooth transitions in processes and systems, demonstrating a proactive approach to change management.Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, including macro development, formulation, and management of multiple sheets and workbooks.Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets, often comprising up to 1,000 line items, to identify trends and insights.Utilize VBA programming and language skills to automate tasks and improve workflow efficiency.Adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities, maintaining flexibility and agility in a dynamic work environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost engineering or related roles within a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Oracle cloud and/or JD Edwards preferred.Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, including VBA programming.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Interested in hearing more?
