Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director RTM Acceleration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy and implementation of partner-enabled AI
solutions to enhance customer experiences
Oversee technical teams and mentor staff to ensure successful
partner adoption
Develop technical proposals and maintain relationships with global
systems integrators
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
a related field
Minimum of 3 years in AI technology development and 10 years in
customer experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in channel sales or business development within
the technology sector
Demonstrated success in developing partnerships with global systems
integrators
Strong understanding of the customer experience market and
associated technologies
