Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Learning Design and
Development to oversee the L&D design and development team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of various learning solutions,
including eLearnings and instructor-led training
Manage a portfolio of learning solutions and oversee project
initiatives to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to align learning solutions
with business needs and evaluate their effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field such as
Instructional Design or Organizational Development
10+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus
on design and development
Prior management experience in a learning and development
function
Proficiency in L&D platforms and learning development tools
Experience creating various types of learning solutions, including
blended programs and self-paced learning
