A company is looking for a Customer Care Manager to lead their
customer service team in the educational technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Customer Care team, setting high service standards and
providing training and coaching
Analyze customer service metrics to drive improvements and resolve
complex customer issues
Collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience and
implement best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication,
education, or related field
3+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably
in educational technology
1+ years of experience managing direct reports with a track record
of developing high-performing teams
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems,
preferably Salesforce
Experience in developing and implementing customer service policies
and procedures
