A company is looking for a Manager, SMB Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, interview, hire, and train new Account Executives
Directly manage the SMB Account Executive team and attend sales
meetings for coaching purposes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and
drive key business objectives
Required Qualifications
4+ years of software sales experience; MarTech experience is a
plus
Experience as a Sales Manager at a fast-growing SaaS company
Strong track record of driving results and team development
Data-oriented leader with trend analysis skills
Proven closing skills and experience in outside sales meetings
