Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist
responsible for managing client implementation processes from sale
to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Implementation Manager in all phases of the client
implementation process
Facilitate communication and relationship building with clients
throughout the implementation process
Identify opportunities for process improvement and document
client-specific processes for knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience in Implementations or a similar role in a
Third-Party Administration or Healthcare space
Knowledge of the benefits industry, specifically pre-tax benefits
and COBRA
Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities under time
constraints
Demonstrated growth mindset and desire to excel and grow each
day
