expertise in Service Cloud and Digital Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business
requirements
Create comprehensive technical documentation and optimize system
performance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 7 years of experience architecting Salesforce
solutions
Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Service and Sales Cloud, Platform
App, Experience Cloud (nice to have)
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Flow, Apex,
Visualforce, and Lightning Components
Eligible to work in the applicable region without sponsorship
