Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Lead to join
their customer service team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customer service team members in responding to inquiries
Evaluate and address customer inquiries, comments, or complaints
effectively
Maintain records of communications and track unresolved
complaints
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative
role
Proficient knowledge of Excel, including formulas, filtering,
sorting, and VLOOKUP
Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours
