Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Service Delivery Lead to manage
technical support and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate IT service delivery and support activities for end
users
Monitor and manage the service desk ticketing system, ensuring
timely resolution of tickets
Assist with evaluations, set up KPIs, and support junior team
members' professional growth
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of IT service management principles and
frameworks like ITIL
Prior experience in coordinating and managing IT Support and
Operations teams
Basic technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software
applications
Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace cloud
services
Experience with Jira and Confluence
