Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Coordinator to manage
technical support activities and enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate IT service delivery and support activities for end
users
Monitor and manage the service desk ticketing system for timely
resolution
Assist with evaluations and support junior team members'
professional growth
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of IT service management principles and
frameworks like ITIL
Prior experience in coordinating and managing IT Support and
Operations teams
Basic technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software
applications
Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jira, and
Confluence
Experience with AI tools and automation solutions is a strong
plus
