Scripps Health Administrative Services supports our five hospitals and 19 outpatient facilities, which treat half a million patients annually through 2,600 affiliated physicians.Position:Full-Time Registered Nurse
Schedule:72 hours every two weeks, 12-Hour Night Shifts (1900-0730) on varied days, including some holidays and weekends.

About the Role
As a Registered Nurse on Surgical Acute 2 North, youll become an integral part of a highly engaged team providing exceptional patient care in a compassionate and welcoming environment. Our nurses thrive in a collaborative culture that prioritizes quality care and enhances the patient experience.
Responsibilities

Patient Care: Deliver direct care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient progress towards expected outcomes.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care and support for patients and their families.
Leadership: Take primary responsibility for patient care, guiding the Care Team under your supervision to foster a team-oriented approach.

Required Qualifications:

One (1) year of RN experience.
Current CA RN License
Current BLS Healthcare Provider through American Heart Association
Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.


Preferred Qualifications:

BSN
One year of acute Medical/Surgical RN experience
Telemetry or Progressive Care experience
Other Certifications: CMSRN, NIHHS Stroke Certification, ACLS
Epic EHR working experience
